Our guests are invited to go on a sensory journey into Chef Annita Potter’s theatrical world of elevated Thai cuisine.

Viand is a multi-functional space exploring the theatre and visual art of food. It is a world where the interior places the kitchen and its creations at centre stage, inviting diners to immerse themselves in the dynamic spirit and artistry that fuels their food and watch as performing woks combine complex flavours, and searing colours to create tantalising smells.

Please join us to celebrate the Sydney launch of Acanthus (Giramondo, March 2022), the new book of poetry by the Australian poet Claire Potter.

A collection 10 years in the making, Acanthus will be launched by Robert Adamson on Thursday 7 April at the upstairs gallery of Viand, a new restaurant in Woolloomooloo.

Copies of Acanthus can be purchased on the night, and light refreshments made in-house will be available to guests.
